Marketlead is an introductions service, not a public job board or self-service registration platform. Candidates do not create personal accounts with us.

Contact name, work email, role/title, and company details of the representatives we work with.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

• —Usage data: pages visited, time spent, features used on our website.
• —Device information: browser type, IP address, operating system.
• —Cookies: essential cookies for functionality, plus optional analytics cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• —AI-assisted analysis and matching: we use artificial intelligence to analyze profiles and assess fit against role requirements, so we can match faster and more accurately.

4. AI and Automated Decision-Making

Important: Marketlead does not make hiring decisions, and our AI does not make final decisions about you.

• —We use AI to speed up and support profile analysis, matching, and scoring against role requirements.
• —AI scores and match suggestions are recommendations only, surfaced to assist our team and employers.
• —Employers always review candidates and make their own hiring decisions with human review.
• —Marketlead never autonomously accepts, rejects, or determines an employment outcome.
• —We work to minimize bias in how our AI is applied, but automated tools have limitations and may not capture every aspect of your qualifications.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only as follows:

• —Employers: your profile, CV, and contact details are shared with a specific employer only after you have confirmed interest in that role and consented to the introduction. This is a targeted introduction to an identified employer — not publication to an open audience. Once an employer receives your data, it acts as an independent controller of that data for its own hiring process.
• —Service Providers: we rely on a limited set of trusted providers for categories such as secure hosting and storage, messaging/communication, analytics, and AI processing. They act on our instructions, under confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to operate the service.
• —Legal Requirements: where required by law or to protect our rights.
• —Business Transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any change in ownership or material change in how your data is used.

We do not sell your personal data to data brokers, advertisers, or any third party for profit.
