- Sourcing Plan ($600): You’ll receive 10 candidates tailored to your requirements. We vet them and provide you with all the necessary information. You’ll need to contact them directly to arrange interviews.
- Full-Service Plan (16% annual salary fee): You’ll receive 5 to 40 candidate profiles. This plan requires an upfront payment of ₽120,000, which covers six months of support. On average, clients find the right hire within 12 days and review 5-7 resumes. However, if the process takes longer, we’ll continue to send profiles for six months or until we present 40 unique specialists. The role can also be adjusted along the way—this flexibility is key in marketing hiring.
The first candidates will be delivered within 3-5 business days after the briefing. On average, we introduce you to a potential hire within 12 days.
If we help you hire a full-time employee, we provide a 60-90 day adaptation guarantee. If the hire doesn’t work out, we will replace them for free once.
